Lewis Morris was a hard-working man in the 1910s, often had ambitious goal of simply wanting to provide love and safety for his family and family he wishes to start during an extremely time of severe case of racism towards african-americans, such as horrific violence and segregation, facing challenges in his journey such as working as an construction laborer to make ends meet and simply sought out on starting simply a family, despite enduring a lot of severe cases of racial brutalities and unfairness. During the height of second World War, which he adamantly decided to enlist himself in hopes that his military status would simply end all the hate-mongering he dealt with back home. He joined the United States Armed Forces and was enlisted in Army, he was in the 92nd Infantry Division due to segregation but fought on along and built a brotherhood among other african-american peers of his. During a mission, he was lightly wounded and fortunately survived, when being nursed inside the clinic after returning from battle, he was nursed back to health by a woman named Charice Green, who fell in-love with the nurse who helped him back to his own feet and simply promised her that, if he were to survive and the war ending, they would be married and settling down. She was charmed by his chivalry attitude and agreed to the promise. During the intense battles and war itself, finally the war ended and returned home. Despite his gallantry efforts and heroism, he never was acknowledged or recieved Medal of Honor for his commitment and service for his country. He did settled down with the woman he met and loved since with Charice Green, there they would settle in Paragon City in hopes to find peace and haven from the famed city protected by the american hero known as Statesman, Lewis and Charice would get married and soon birth a child that would call their son for Jack. Jack Morris was born despite the hate-mongering at the time, a attentive, ideal family lifestyle achieved by his hard-working heroic father and mother. Living in a middle-class neighbourhood. Lewis simply wanted to give Jack a good life that he couldn't have or afford during his youth and simply wanted to teach his son that racism is never okay and simply want to instill him that unity and acceptance matters more than hatred. Jack in his youth wished to become a star, in hopes to make his parents proud, especially his father. Despite his youth being decent, he often lived joyful and colorful with his family, his father made sure his children including his son Jack would get the best of treatment and education as possible in harden times to ensure that they will not suffer despite some disgust glares may faces whenever he crosses the streets.

While Jack went to a segregated school and recieved the proper educations he required, Jack's ambitions at first was to become an recognized star, who's athletic prowess would be inspiring by many for his achievements, despite his dream. He was sometime bullied by his peers for said dreams he wanted to become and thought less, virtually every children from both the schools doubted the young talented Jack, regardless, he continued on and still remained fine, that was until around his high school period where things didn't go so well, he faced severe case of discrimations and wasn't even allowed to go to a resturant as he was colored to say the least, the last straw was when walking back from school, he was confronted by three middle-class kids who rideculed him for being black, as far as calling him horrid insults, he fought back as he was fed up with the constant heckling for no reason. The three kids one of them with a now broken nose ran away crying, as a result. His father gotten himself into arguments with said parents about the sudden violence and assuring them that he will handle this by himself. Fortunately the situation didn't escelate worse, but it was extremely anxiety-inducing in fear of losing everything he worked for lost, he had a serious talk with his son outside about his sudden attitude and act, which Jack protested and stating that the only way to face-off problematic individuals is to fight back and talk down to them as much as they did to him, his father and his family and others like him. Lewis strongly disagreed with his son's sudden brutal mindset and stated that ignorance breeds fear which breeds unnecesscary violence, instead. He told them to never judge them based on their look and be better than them and respectful despite the hatefulness that may spew from their minds, was to also be mature and steadfast. Which he then added that he worked extremely hard to ensure that his family and Jack that they would have stability in harden times, but never to lose hope as he believes in progression and development that things will be better in future, challenges may arrive along the way but never lose hope or fall or be as bad as the ignorant ones who promotes hatefulness. Which Jack understood cleary where his father was trying to imply, his son asked as to where he can vent out his disbelief and anger at rather than others, his father said he has a friend who's a boxing coach who owned a gym nearby where he can use the boxing ring to vent out his fustrations in the ring. The boxing coach Neil Vincent took him in as his student and as Jack demonstrated his combative skills and athletic prowess, he was impressed by the young lad's potential and believed he has a future in the ring as a boxer. Jack saw the potential too and decided to focus on daily on boxing, day and night, after school, even self-practices and training he personally undergoes, daily training as well often rigorous and jogging to stay in shape, the drastic transformation from a decently athletic man to extremely combative man was extraordinarily to behold upon many's eyes.
