Technopathy refers to usually psychic abilities that allow their user to move, control, communicate with, create, alter, or otherwise affect machines, electronics, and/or computers with one's mind. It may also refer to a metahuman intellect that allows for the creation of super-technology that may or may not work without the inventor's continued presence.
