Executioner Yohannes Senai is presumed to be of threat level 50.
Heroes are advised not to be duped by his status as a registered psyker; all information gathered suggests that his powers are exclusively internalized per Bane Spider standard (refer to attached documentation).
Previously recorded engagements with Longbow and Wyvern agents suggests that anything short of lethal force is unlikely to stop him while he is armored; most of his power and durability appears to originate from it.
Out of armor, standard subduing may be effective.
