Some people just have everything handed to them on a silver platter. From the moment Rick Stratford was born, with a shock of silver hair already on his head, he's had everything he could possibly want given to him. As a child, his classmates lined up to do his schoolwork for him.
On his 16th birthday, he received a Bugatti Veyron as a gift from a wealthy Saudi prince. He has never been convicted of a crime, as the 'victims' have always been happy to help their good friend Rick with anything he desires.
There is some debate among various agencies whether Rick has any superhuman abilities or whether he is simply a charming con-man.
Excerpt from FBSA Agent investigating Rick Stratford: "Subject has not been observed using any superhuman abilities. However, he seems to have friends everywhere he goes who are willing to do anything they can to ensure the subject's health, happiness, and safety. Interviews with individuals who have been observed providing goods and services to Mr. Stratford have revealed no coercion. Many were adamant that they were happy to do anything the subject needed because he was such a great friend.

Additional FBSA Case File Notes: The agent investigating Mr. Stratford made contact, spent three weeks skiing with the subject in the Swiss Alps before resigning from the FBSA to pursue a career in forestry and wildlife. Investigating agent remains in contact with Mr. Stratford periodically.
