Andre is a senior engineer working for Sleek Corporation and an accomplished martial artist.
His team was developing a lightweight power armor when a meteor hit Galaxy City. He saw the incident as an opportunity to gather new data and to vent his hatred against the gang members. Soon Andre convinced his management to test run their new prototype armor, although there are only a few people left on his team.
