HISTORY
Paragon Times reporter Mark Sanford was one source away from exposing a Council plot but the shadowy brain trust did their best to ensure he didn't: they ambushed him as he waited for his contact and left him for dead in a dark corner of Independence Port.
Equally intrigued by the Council due to their alliance with the Nictus, a nearby Kheldian called Plerion sensed a kindred soul--a fierce determination for the pursuit of truth--in the dying human before it. Without hesitation, the two merged to form the hero known as Silver Twilight. He didn't expect a metallic mane but is resolutely committed to righting wrongs with his "azure flame".
BASE OF OPERATIONS
Dupont Tower
The Dupont Tower is a heritage skyscraper located in the Royal Overlook sector of the Steel Canyon neighborhood in Paragon City, RI. Given its age, the apartments are spacious but the structure was constructed under liberal fire safety codes.
The residential complex was once the site of a turf war between the 5th Column and the Council that caused the building to collapse, resulting in multiple casualties. This prompted the intervention of the Menders of Ouroboros who altered the timeline to ensure the tower remained standing in accordance to the proper flow of time. In the wake of the fighting, the owners undertook a thorough retrofit.
