The hero or vigilante's heroism is street-level, they don't handle global threats or alien invasion or terrorism or anything public eye notice and global requirements like big-tier leagues or the alike, they simply handle the street-level threats in their city, hometown, and neighborhood from psychopathic criminals, gang leaders, lunatics, drug dealers, supervillains that poses a threat to their cities, gangs, and alike that are the worst that plagued the streets of Paragon City, or somewhere else entirely. Their reputation may be well known or not, or simply a mere myth to the public. Either liked by many, hated by many, or mixed reviews upon his/her act of vigilantism.
