Dr. Kellogg Viktus was the Personal Scientist of Arbiter Blackbane, Kellogg Viktus was allowed to do what cruel experiments his twisted mind allowed. Born and raised in Germany with a rich family. He started young when he dissected the Family cat... and the Neighbor's Dog. He is the one who "Upgraded" the wolf and bane spiders of Blackbane even making and using Experimental Cybernetics.
When Blackbane gave viktus a young Ivanna Doskin he would "perfect" her "Flawed" body with glee and wicked grin on his face. Ivanna Hates Viktus most of all for all the pain he Caused.
