Cola-Bot is a failed marketing experiment of the Zapp Thorium Cola Company. Built in 1989 at the cost of 273 million dollars, it bankrupted the company, and the robot was put in storage.

Thirty-five years later, no one can readily explain why or how Cola-Bot has come out of mothballs to fight crime and giveaway free Zapp Thorium Cola® on the streets of Paragon City... but there it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oddly, the robot has also created - or otherwise maintained - a GeoCities homepage. It uses this primitive web technology to document its experiences and promote Zapp Thorium Cola®.
