Tally Fletcher is the undisputed best archer in the world. She is naturally gifted with the bow and years of constant training have honed that ability to perfection.

Tally grew up in hardscrabble circumstances but the family's fortunes changed when the Kiowa Casino opened and her mother started working there. As the profits from the casino were employed to improve the tribal lands' infrastructure, Tally was able to take up archery, which she soon found she excelled at. She dominated the sport in the state of Oklahoma, then quickly rose through national standings and was recruited for the US Olympic team, winning gold in 2012 at just 15 years old, and again in 2016. She followed those with a Silver medal in the Biathlon (skiing and shooting) in the 2018 winter Olympics where she was beaten by April August. The two women became fast friends, with similar drives towards excellence.

The following year, Tally's younger brother Adam was murdered by drunken gamblers. The police seemed uninterested in solving the case, so Tally was determined to bring her brother's killers to justice. She was joined by her friend August, together tracking down the culprits. In a retaliatory shootout, the women killed one of the criminals in self-defense, wounding several others. The resultant court case saw local police corruption revealed and punished, as it turned out the killers and cops had ties to organized crime. After the trial, Fletcher and August traced the criminal organization to Paragon City and The Family. They now work diligently to bring down the world's largest criminal enterprise.
