Meghan Flores, or MegaMeg to her fans, was a simple variety livestreamer, until her life was turned upside-down by the arrival of a strange matter object from beyond. She made contact with it, and as far as anyone but her is aware, went catatonic for a moment and suddenly had a suit of advanced armor and energy manipulation capabilities (whether those abilities are part of the armor or a fundamental alteration of her being is unknown). She began using those abilities as a sort of grandstanding wannabe hero, until someone close to her, a good friend, Melissa Camarena, was threatened by someone with equally-advanced technology that seems to feed off the Lambent's energy. She defeated the attacker, and became more serious about heroing, especially when anti-Lambent technology is at play.
